Whew!

Stay tuned for all the thrilling details of Bibi's madcap adventures in the city of temples!
(Which will probably be a lot more exciting than her ramblings about dodgy margarine, cute cats, or miscreants in the vacant lot.)

We made it! Always an adventure to be had here- can't say it's ever boring, terrifying perhaps- but never boring!

  3. It seems that travelling on nepali roads is always an adventure. Talking about kathmandu, i have great desire to see the pashipathinath temple one day.

    1. Hi Apple,
Travel in Nepal is always rife with reckless bravado & derring do1
I want to go see Pashupatinath soon also- I have heard horrible reports of idols being stolen despite the entire complex being renovated & declared a UNESCO heritage site.

    2. It is sad that both the nepali government and the indian government has not been vigilant about the safety of this holiest of the holy shrine.

  5. I'm thinking Bob and Bing on "The Road to...", and you in the role usually played by Dorothy "La Glamourous" Lamour! (Will humming "On the Road to Mandalay" suffice to cue your intro?)

    1. Hi Beth,
I would have cast me as Bob Hope - but I'll take Ms Lamour's role gladly!
"Do you know the way to San Jose " would probably work too. ;)
